Thomas Thorp was a member of Capt. Isaac Davis's Company, which was formed in November 1774, a non-commissioned officer in the Minuteman company commanded by Isaac Davis
Pvt. Thomas Thorp
Thomas Thorp was the last surviving member of Capt. Isaac Davis company. He was a farmer and died in 1849 at the age of 93.In 1835 it was decided that the Acton Town clerk (Francis Tuttle), the selectman and certain others take depositions of Hannah Leighton (widow of Isaac Davis) Solomon Smith, Thomas Thorp and Charles Handley relative to the events of April 19th 1775 to which they were witnesses.
