In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are here by commanded forth with to notify all those person belonging to Train-band in Acton, whose name are here under written, that the review of inspection at Waltham on 5 of October next is postponed to the 7 of said month and the order for meeting on the 5 of October were in compliance in every respect as applying to the said 7 of October.

N.B. it is ordered by the General that each officer and solider appear with a common white feather in his hat as he will appear with one himself

There of fail not and make mention to me of thus with your doing on muster day. Given under my hand and seal at Acton this 29 day of September 1791.
